) (WELL, IT IS WHERE CHELSEA STARS LIVE
In most village post offices you struggle to find anything more exotic than a few packets of cereals and the odd loaf of bread.
But things are different when a bunch of multi-millionaire footballers live down the road.
At family-run Beejays in the tiny village of Oxshott in Surrey you can pick up £200 bottles of vintage champagne if an unexpected guest pops round.
It's hardly surprising as the village has been dubbed the most expensive in England with Chelsea players John Terry, Didier Drogba, Ashley Cole - and tennis star Andy Murray and Ryder Cup golf captain Colin Montgomerie - all living nearby.
In Beejays' shop window there's a list of the kind of pricey bubbly you'd expect to find in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Bottles for sale include a 1990 Krug at £199, Bollinger 1995 at £157.99 and Dom Perignon 1995 at £136.99.
For those who don't earn quite as much as the £100,000-a-week salaries of Chelsea players you can also pick up Moet and Chandon for £28.99, or £18.99 for a half bottle.
Beejays owner Surinder Jheeta, 55, says he has been doing a roaring trade, selling the vintage champagne.
"We came up with the idea of stocking expensive champagnes ourselves as we thought we should target a specific market in the area," he said.
"Obviously we still sell all the usual stuff you would associate with a village post office, but we thought we would offer this as an extra service for some of our customers who do tend to have a bit more disposable income.
"We also offer a pretty good range of vintage wines as this area doesn't really lend itself to cheap plonk. Footballers come into the shop and buy our champagnes, although I wouldn't want to say exactly who they are.
"To be honest the majority of people around here are wealthy whether they are famous or not, so a lot of our customers are just business people who fancy something nice to drink.
"But I can't imagine there are many post offices who can sell customers a bottle of Krug and a book of stamps at the same time."

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
