Would moonwalk across gladly. I'm losing money for something that I believe in and will continue to do so. The management are crossing our lines and doing docket as well. Its not my fight if they go on strike and I'm certainly not going to lose money for them. If they had shown solidarity towards us then I would have supported them gladly, but no chance now. When we go out they have to work, if they ever went out what we have to so differently? Nothing, just come in and do our duties.

Mangers strike - not a chance they get confused trying to find the picket line when someone strikes a match. They would probably cross their own pickets.

If they do strike, and I doubt they will, would it not be over the pension situation. If that is the case, this would affect us as well as them. Now if it was for any other reason, I would not have a problem crossing the line, I would also ensure that any bad behaviour was reported etc but if they are striking over the pensions, surly it would be in our own interest to support them. It is indeed a difficult question but like I say, it would very much depend on what they are striking over.
Having said that, my manager would probably cross the picket himself anyway!!!!!

You are right. I said in another post that I would cross their line with fingers raised. If and when faced with that dilemma over pensions I think I would bottle out and not cross, bugger.fedup postie

To be serious I think its a moot point as the Pensions have now become one of the reasons for our strikes. So by the time the managers get their finger out the strike will be over and the pensions issue should be sorted. If not then they can have their picket separate from ours, because if they tried to manage our strike we'd all be going out on a Sunday and picketing the local cinema.
