A 24-YEAR-OLD motorcyclist was treated by paramedics after he was involved in a collision with a Royal Mail van.

The crash happened shortly before 10.30am today in London Road, Little Clacton, between the junctions with Centenary Way and Holland Road.

Police closed the road in both directions while paramedics treated the motorcyclist, who was conscious and breathing but suffered damage to his ankle.

An ambulance spokesperson said the motorcyclist was taken to Colchester General Hospital by ambulance, while the driver of the van was treated for minor injuries at the scene.

van driver was probably rushin around,prob didnt take his break :no no
