Isn't it pretty obvious that once the precident of Compulsory Redundancy is set it will be politically acceptable throughout the Business?

1500 CMA memebers out of 8000 now= 30,000 compulsory redundancies out of 160,000 CWU grades in 2011.

Do you really think 1500 test case sackings will solve the financial problems of a business with 170,000 staff?

This is just the start, we are all getting shafted.

Can't really see many posties supporting managers, their quick to bully staff into completing unachievable deliveries, make us lapse til we collapse. I'm sure their is plenty of other things too. But i think a lot of managers won;t go on strike. Think Bonus

The DIM was moaning about the amount of O/T being booked so i felt it was time to rub his nose in it abit so i said i should'nt worry about the O/T being booked i can't wait till you all go on strike then i can book your job as my duty for the day he looked crestfallen as i explained i would have to bring in a bigger coffee cup because that was the only difference between him and the floor supervisors,he's not speeking to me now as you can see i'm really hurt
