(Your hours/40) x 200....no later than 6 weeks after your Walk sequenced revision.
I thought the bonus was supposed to be like this but my office were told differently by the area manager on tues.
We start our full revision on 1st Nov and last Tuesday the area manager came in and he told everyone we wil get £600 on 12th Nov, £200 12 weeks after we've started and £200 on the first year anniversary of us starting it. I was on my day off so couldnt question him about it and everyone else doesnt have a clue what bonuses to expect so they've all taken it as gospel.

Well as you can see it's wrong!
It is from the agreement page 71...

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

And people wonder why I have a problem with certain full timers.

Once a full timer kicked off because I managed to leave the office, for once, before him. Obviously, in his world, lowly part timers should kneel down and wait before the more important brothers and sisters have left the building.

Still, should we not be united in these times?
Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one
