Their pulling a fast one. The 200 for a non sequenced revision you get paid in conjuction with the 6oo for a sequenced one if you go straight to a sequenced revision. The other 200 you get a minimum of 6 weeks after that.OnAFlyer wrote: Correct. We've been told today that once our revision goes through we get the 600 and 200 (we already have WSM). It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Do you have CDV's?robd wrote:So we've already been Geo-routed (No need for a non-sequenced revision)
Do you have 3hr30min delivery span? if not you will get a revision to go with your sequenced mail.and if we get walk sequenced mail,we don't neccesarily need a revision?

No CDV's,and currently no plans for them.belle smith wrote:Do you have CDV's?robd wrote:So we've already been Geo-routed (No need for a non-sequenced revision)Do you have 3hr30min delivery span? if not you will get a revision to go with your sequenced mail.and if we get walk sequenced mail,we don't neccesarily need a revision?
Yes,we are still on 3hr30 delivery spans.
What concerns me regarding the lump sum payments is,we have been told our attendance will not change, and confirmed we will still be doing a 7 hour Saturday.
i thought because of the machines you had to concede saturday would become a full days attendance,if they can do this, why bother going through a revision, and spending something like £75000 in the process.

I think the 7 hour Saturday may be a carrot to overlook other things.
Our DOM mentioned about leaving mailsort 3 on a Saturday as well if he's allowed.

Re: Smaller offices wont get bonuses
The problem is (and the CWU have f*cked up here again suprise suprise) is that the wording in the agreement isn't absolutely nailed down. It's open to interpretation. And what do RM do when that happens?belle smith wrote:Their pulling a fast one. Our office doesn't usually get done over by what can we do? If anyone has some solid extracts from the agreement that say you get both revision bonuses at once if you've already got WSM then i'll take it in and we'll fight for it.

That CWU have f****d up the agreement genrally i won't dispute. Not on this they haven't. i thought you said in another thread that to your horror they voted to accept i in 6 Saturdays off! even though the minimum is 1 in 4!
Ps. not having a go at you. Our office gets done over all the time as well, since we had D2D included in our workload we do more lapsing

Of course this is gonna fck a lot of people up, because the hours wont be there. But the way i see it, the only people who wont be fked up is the people who do the job properly, and at finish time either cut off or claim. Tired of blocking savings so the runners can make a fool of me. The runners and the managers are gonna find it difficult from now on, me

Re: Smaller offices wont get bonuses
They didn't vote to accept it, the staff in our office actually voted for it instead of 8 other options. We could have had 1 week off in 4, 1 weekend off in 2, etc etc. We've only been done over on that because they've done themselves over (and the ones like me that didnt vote for that option!)belle smith wrote:Your office doesn't usually get done over?

I can understand now why every single agreement gets voted in by the membership, I mean who in their right mind would turn down allsorts of other options in order to work 5 out of 6 Saturdays?
I still can't find anything in the agreement that clarifies our situation though. It just says '£200 to be paid on the first non-walk sequenced revision' Can someone point me in the direction of where it says we will get this £200 if we have a sequenced revision only?
We haven't had a non-sequenced revision and nor will we be getting one.

Re: Smaller offices wont get bonuses
We`ve been told we`re getting £600 in 4 weeks when our walk sequence revision comes in and £200 approx six weeks after. However, the first £200 in the quote above (which I`ve highlighted) we`ve been told we will get in approx twelve months.POSTMAN wrote:Annex C

Can anyone quote me any document that says we get the first £200 with the £600 if we`ve gone straight to a walk sequencing revision?
