all offces are suffering. All royal mail want to do is push the revision through whether it works or not and its job done good for them. just like when the manager gets you out the office on your walk nad he thinks thats it but then you have to bring your mail back, shock.
in 2 years i would say about 12 - 15 full timers have left and about 8 part timers come. 2 people in that time have been made up to full time contracts but that only happens when you apply for a duty which nobody wants such as driing or dom support.
