Anyone else terrified about loosing their job?
I'm a Plymouth Keyer and try as I might am certainly on the lower performance scale.
The resent privatisation news has me proper worried. Especially the lack of "no job cut" comments.

Ur talking poo Debbie they cant alter your pay rate i.e drop your pay. It may go the other way in that you may see pay levels go up. There will no doubt be job losses in MDEC and elsewhere as private management seek major "efficiencies" but for those that remain I think pay wont be a major problem.

Since there is already talk about job losses and MDEC closures before any kind of privatisation goes on, you can be fairly certain that there will be redundancies.
The RM has been shedding jobs for decades, now.

start worrying when it gets announced or happens it's pointless at the minute worrying about rumour and speculation, from what i've heard we'll all be in work for at the very least the next 2yrs even if they do decide to privatise or close an MDEC. chin up sandraSandra D wrote:Anyone else terrified about loosing their job?
