thank you all for my support i will tell you my answer tommorow folks as thats when the letter comes if i have lost when will my tribunal kick in does anyone know cheers

well folks ive lost the appeal the horrible twats that they are sorry for being rude but i will fight all the way with the it its awful keeping people waiting for this length of time for the same answer

sorry to hear about your appeal sharonbar,keep fighting with your et,will your union support you or not.If not try a free solicitor no win no fee or even try and defend yourself because the judge will be quite easy on you if you are defending yourself at trial.

RM have to protect that rogue manager by closing ranks & stonewalling people , they need people like that to feed them with what they want to hear - that's Crozier's tick box culture and dodgy agendas policy . .It's all the dodgy holes , contradictions , inconsistencies and begging more questions than answers that could be RM's downfall , too many managers and too much politics ? .
RM have always been defensive and secretive & regarded themselves as above employment law / the law itself , you just got the worst of the old school RM and worst of :lfo & :cfo .
