morale?what's that? it seems pretty existant in our place. we've had our revision for nearly 2 years now and it still doesn't work. an old manager of ours came by for a visit and even they commented about how low the office is at the moment. don't get me wrong i get on really well with the people i work with but at the moment all we seem to be doing is tearing shreads out of each other. i have never heard so many people wanting to take EVR. we have got people selling their hours back to royal mail left right and centre. i have never hated my job but at the moment i am slowly getting there. for all you unlucky people that have yet to have your revision- the worst is still to come lol

We start at five every day and finish two hours early, claim plenty of overtime and no problems being paid it.
The managers are great and always listen to us and help us in any way.
All the staff stick together and nobodody takes their cars on delivery.
The managers make our rounds easier at christmas and even pay us more for it!
If someone is struggling everybody digs in to help!
We have a big say in how the office is run and there is never any savings!!
CARLESBURG DON'T RUN POST OFFICES BUT IF THEY DID!!
