I trust you will tell him thats not the agreement.

i just smiled and hoped he would start dicking about
sadly theres already rumblings from the turkeys of "lets just vote it in and get the money for xmas"
they havent even seen the proposed duties or anything :arrrghhh :d'oh!
thats the logic you are up against
our DO would be getting the £1K as we have vans and sequencing already
only £800 is due on implementation, the other £200 after 6 weeks.
ps. in and working, does that mean we wont be paying anything to all those who are on temporary contracts who will be shown the door and told to use it, after they have helped us with all the teething problems. :hmmmm

we having a vote on this at the min, as to weather we accept a temporary revision until the vans come in may
What for,what is the point?

the managment in my d.o. for some reason want to revise all the walks and duties and start from scratch . But they only want this to last until may (when 2 postman get a van to use between them on 2 and a bit rounds)

so we are voting as to weather to accept this temp revision or stick with current duties and walks until may

i cant understand the logic behind the managment wanting to bring in a temp revision.

they dangled the 1k payment (as detailed earlier on) carrot in front of us.

Mallard stick with what you have at present why bother co-operating and giving R/M what they want.

VOTE NO feck them im sick and tired of bending over backwards for R/M and for no reward.

What ever they want in quickly is only to benefit them not us.

Mallard that has feck all to do with your 'temp' revision. :no no
The payment of £1,000 (pro rata for part time employees) consisting of 3 lump sums will be paid as follows.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of their first non walk sequencing revision.
£600 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit on deployment of the walk sequencing revision.
£200 will be paid to everyone in the delivery unit when the Walk Sequencing revision has been implemented, and objectives achieved in line with the local agreement and no later than the end of the 6 week bedding in period.

I'm guessing altough he's calling it a temp revision it is a non WS revision which will qualify for the 1st payment.
But check and double check with your ADR 1st.

If the vans aren't coming in untill May ...you should really be sticking to existing delivery spans until new delivery methods come in.
The question is when do you get your WS revision?...if it's with the vans in May then fine...if it's not then that's three revisions. :nervous
