Do you have union representation there? Do you have WSMs? Do you have part timers? It's true to say that 5.5 hrs is a big big delivery even for CDVs.

Aye an know that you do everything packets tracked and specials, but i assume the driver big packets while the non-driver does another walking bit.

Currently there are national delivery roadshows taking place , North East roadshow was last Friday in York where the Branch`s and the area reps get the opportunity to report back and ask questions on all offices within their control.

London and Anglia are tomorrow , Northern Ireland is Thursday and others next week.

I have to say what some report on here has yet to be reported in these forums which are taking place. Yes thats not to say there are some offices which may have gone in which is having problems but not on the scale some report on here.

The vast majority of area reps reprsent the units they cover and fight for them often in very differcult circumstances sometimes without the whole support of the members in the office who only see finishing early as the answer.
