There has always been winners and losers, now is no different locally.
Now the 'losers' should perhaps have more input and get more involved with what is going on in their office.

This is a massive revision, people need to wake up and get stuck in.
Postman. the deck is already stacked very firmly in RM's favour.
Getting stuck in will not change the parameters for pegasus and IWT.

Well yours wasn't too massive postman, you merely reverted back to the duties pre interim agreement - whereas our changes took place in 2008 and did not come under the auspices of the interim agreement..................so to get back to this massive revision

Apparently they have tried to keep the walks pretty much the same. But they have taken 7 of them out! So if you are next a walk that has been taken out or even next to 2 walks that have been taken out then your walk is going to be huge! It's been done like this because the DOM doesn't want a major change on the IPS!

No rep should sign off step 4 until the office is confident that the walks are correct , the attendances are done and of course the members have voted on the agreement.
rep and dom in our office has said ,we can not have a walk/van share tested
rep stated that head quarters wouldnt back us if we asked for one to be tested.
one of the divisions has 16 duties and being cut to 11 duties!!
its totally unrealistic not to test them.
Any of the posties that have saw the duties reckon they are closer to 6hours!!

I fully understand this, but the stuff we're reading on here lately is unbelievable, why are some letting it go on? So frustrating to read.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Did you just take your Rep's word for it. Or have you contaced HQ yourself? :hmmmm
It's possible (and IMHO very likley) that your Rep is lying about that.
