Colleague, i have been factor for 15 years and I would like to know

- Which are, on your premise, the various ranks of factors ? In La Poste where are :
Factor.
Referring Factor.
Shift Factor.
Quality Factor
Foreman.
Establishment Director

- You are postal worker, are you entitled to advantages (housing, stamps,…) ?

If i've got this right...
Postman/woman
Ex PHG (Postman/woman higher grade,now defunked in grade but the job is still here)
Line Manager(Assistant manager)
DOM-(Delivery office manager)
Cluster manager(Manages a number of DOM''s and line managers)
DSM (Can't rem what it stands for)(Manages clusters,DOM's and line managers)
AGM(Area general manager ie:London)

Can someone confirm/add to the above and i'll edit it.

Not many benefits,we get free redirection of mail if we move house,and a book of stamps at xmas.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Oui chaque annee a Noel on nous donne cinquante timbres. C'est pas beaucoup mais mieux que rien.
Comment ca march a Seine St Denis?

For us, it will be one stamp per year but i'm not sure.

Seine Saint Denis, the suburb (north) of Paris is the worst place to begin the trade.
