Lovely day, beautiful weather. Enjoyed every minute of it, except for that minute in which I turned my iPod on and it gave me a flashy red battery sign. It was a very silent walk today
. I usually start my day off with The Mamas and the Papas - California Dreamin'.

A thing of exquisite beauty.
And there is no foundation to the rumour that a RM van from Cambuslang was seen unloading D2D items into the flats just minutes before the event.

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
Today a police car pulled up and asked me if I'd seen a bloke - and the description he gave fitted me down to a T.
A couple of minutes later the car was whizzing after this bloke who could have been my twin. (Very rare event for my area. I thought for a moment they were filming Taggart)
(I just shouted - it was him officer. He put the D2D leaflets in the disused building and set fire to them)

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
Easy Monday, yay.
One bag had three 'orrible cuboid things in it though. They were all about 10cm x 10cm (x 10 cm) so I couldn't really be cheeky and give them to the driver, but frak me they were a mutha frakking nuisance and a half. Couldn't close the bag up. One of them was unaddressed and I'm not even sure it was on my walk . . . couldn't find it, anyway. Why the hell do people think a house NAME is sufficient when very few houses are actually known by their name OFFICIALLY. Name and number, please, or else get lost. I'm pretty sure it was for another walk though. Oh well.

The perfectly square boxes are by far the most annoying thing you can cart around, even the smallish ones. The shape is in constant conflict with a rectangular pouch filled with rectangular bundles.taurus88 wrote:Easy Monday, yay.

Anyway, first day back after two weeks off
