The fact that the posts are repetitive merely advances the idea that the subject matter is of interest in many forms, however the principle belief remains the same. The (the) reasons behind the posts would be obvious to most semi literates still.................................

The (the) reasons are lost on me, but thankfully I'm not semi-literate so that may be the reason.

We were told by manager's briefings today that they intend to start the transfer of Inward Foreign mails
to HWDC from 1 November, and that all Inward Foreign mails will be transferred there by June/July next year.
