OnAFlyer wrote:a) How many people that start early actually work to their time I wonder?

b) How many people who start bang on time work over regularly and don't claim?

In my office the answer to a) Is none that I know of, and the answer to b) Is at least half a dozen.

If anyone starts early AND works to their time then they're retarded, but it doesn't happen in my office.

.....but what's your point.
If it's trying to justify starting early....it's a wasted point.
They've screwed the job by giving RM the impression that the jobs a piece of piss and we all finish early.
The fact that they start early AND finish early...i couldn't give a flying f**k about. :cuppa
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

Funny as f**k lol.

In my office the start early and car users finish on the heavy days 99.9999% of the time,4hr walk.
The others don't and cut off,3hr part of the walk done.

Like i said,funny as f**k. :left:

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

The other problem with early starters is they give a false EP for the office.
With all this moving towards the upper decile crap, the higher your EP - the higher it needs to go.
If it isn't really where the figures say it is, it will be very hard to get it to where it is supposed to be.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
