Ok,so lets work this out,so this is how it goes is it...

You are off sick and are reffered to ATOS.
ATOS comes up with a rehab plan as per instructed by RM.
RM look at said plan and decide it's too costly/annoying/hard work/feck me can't do that we're short of staff/ect ect fecking ect
So you do what RM says regardless.

Well that does not happen at my place i can tell ya,every ATOS report has been adhered to by RM.

Why are so many of you swallowing s**t!

Because postman there running scared the tactics R/M are using rite up the land are draconian.

The union have lost the will to fight ,local reps are not getting the support we need off the union.

The lads we represent have no faith in the union,in affect every single D/O now are fighting there own battles ALONE.

But like our office all ATOS reports are adhered to simples.

DRACONIAN :describes laws, government actions, etc. which are extremely severe; going further than what is right or necessary

All Atos reports are adhered to....yeah right,so long as it's what Royal Fail wants to hear or the hope that in the recent future they can stiff you back onto walks.

What happends when you can't do a walk?...oh yeah the fookers try and force you out on ill health with the union big wigs wishes....feckers bleating on about `favourable`ill health terms.....maybe it is `favourable`if you've only been there for two years(hey 34 weeks pay off and due holidays sign me up suckers  )all these twats keep doing with me is re sending me back to Atos hoping that they will get a quack next time to write a shitty report `favourable`to Royal Mail.

I had one day off this summer as the heat got to me and my meds were new and fecked me up.....referred to Atos quack....oh dear it was the same one I've seen 3 times before(she even said to me at the face to face...there very persistant at trying to get rid of you arn't they! )
My dad fell over last week and got a fatal blood clot on his brain, spent all night with him,got in at 5a.m rang my lino up told i wouldn't be in, at 10 o'clock feckin Atossers rang me up wanting me to do a `telephone consultation` as I was on the sick again :so there ...WTF.. does everybody else get Atossers ringing them up on the 1st day they go sick at my office do they feck and why because I stand up to the bullyboys,my union rep knows feck all about DDA and what rights people have and is only interested in smoothing over the new agreement(take one walk out ... NO..with new improved agreement we take two out  ), all these posters about dignity and respect and reducing the causes of stress dotted about the shithole,it's these arsewipes that cause stress and depression and then wonder why people get ill.
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

I've got a face to face with an ATOS Occupational Physician later this month. My Dr has said no to the rehab plan due to the ongoing nature and unpredictability of the condition and has doubled my medication.

So far, all the ATOS consultations have said not fit for work...

I went to see my GP today who has now signed me off for a month because of swelling to my knee. This could've all been avoided if management had adhered to Atos recommendations. I should have my op within the next 6 weeks so reckon I'll be back for light duties at xmas and another Stage 3

I'm worried I'm going to go back to a stage 3 after everything that happened last year and now this period of sickness. It's not like I'm off with a cold though!

Jeeez!!!

It just gets better and better, i returned to work this week on light duties and in the callers office, it was ok but a bit of a stuggle...on Tuesday the DOM comes in saying....right so you back on your own duty next week then??, coz you know were not allowed anyone on light duties!!!! WTF, so anyhow i told him no i wouldnt, as if i really thought my illness would go away in a week i would have just gone sick and then returned as normal...spoke to my union rep again about it, as now i've read guidelines on a grievence and also bullying & harrassment, and i dont know which route to take....anyhow this crap is pissing me off and find myself lying in bed awake every night this week worrying about whats going to happen to me, ive written everything down since day 1 of my most regretable employment with RM and its now pretty full, i just dont know what to do now...should i.......

. Give up and fook the job off completely
.go back to doctors and get a s/n for stress
.carry on fighting the stupid battle

my hospital app isnt for 2 weeks and then they might not be able to do the op on that day, they said i may have to wait 2 more weeks after that, :arrrghhh

Go your doctors and get a sick note for stress.

The good thing about these new sick notes is they now detail on the front the doctors reasons for issuing with a sick note.

Play them at there own game if they wont let your recoup and your not sleeping you have no other option but to go off with stress.

Put in B/H form also put in a grievance and send it yourself to the DSM .
