It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Does anyone possess a Duty Management System User Guide? Anyone involved in IWT revision for CWU should get to know RCS Element Codes and how they should be incorperated into 318s before any Hours Input can be accurately entered into IWT tool.

Thanks for the help, it pointed out some of the codes. However, there are over a hundred in all! A User Guide would be helpful if, like me, you need to amend 318s to reflect the correct hours. I await any further assistance!

According to the CWU Website, there's one included in LTB-606/09. But the Link doesn't work on the Website, and I don't have a copy of it myself. Does anyone still have a copy of it?
