Intresting presentation which confirms what i told you in the earlier thread. Exisitng agreements hold the field , cash flow problems and managers going.
The reshaping of the business will be intresting as I understand that the new chief executive is not happy that Royal Mail moved from areas to regions.
Concerning is the threat to complusory redundancies if they cannot get rid of surplus by voluntary means. It wont just stop at managers.
Clearly the threat to POL from the government plans is massive as it will be split from Royal Mail and the pensions will be split as well and the subsidy is being withdrawn.
The next few weeks and months will be very revealing.
