The USO places no limits on when anything can be delivered only that it is a daily service(working day's Mon-Sat).
Last letter times are nothing to do with the USO.
Ok,depends on what we are talking about here,USO or PostCon s**t,or someone else, either way there is a time limit for when the last letter can be delivered.
Who makes those times up is anybodys guess i guess at the mo,but there is a time limit,we have had it shoved down our throat down here.

Regarding packets,or some of them, there is deffo no limit.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Brilliant DGP1 Do you reckon this will be an add on to the uniform or incorporated into the cycle helmets. Perhaps Pat can be put to bed and we will be called Torchie the Battery Boy. For those of you who are old enough to know who Torchie is.
