Hello tottyfan and welcome to the club for knackered posties everyone qualifies if:

They have eye strain
Their back aches
Their knees have seen better days
Their hips are looking forward to an operation
They walk or sit with a stoop
Or they have mail handled by a postie with one of the above complaints.
