The guys who work days off in our office are now getting paid 4hrs 30 (they dont seem to realise that if they turned it down the managers would have to pay them proper hours).

The sad bit is that they're coming in at 6 and 7am and working 5+ hours for it. There aren't many of them though, managers are having to deliver nearly every day now and we have 4 gone off sick, we haven't got one regular manager left :funneh :funneh

This is since WSM came into the office, before that the office ran perfectly. WSM's are supposed to save us over 400 hours per week apparently :chuckle :chuckle

The relief manager came to me today and said I was down to do a delivery tomorrow (my day off) - I said ok, see you Wednesday and don't forget to bring your trainers tomorrow :left:

You come in early to sort the lapsing to make sure it's ready for you to take out later!?

What chance have we got with idiots like this?
Yep thats bad but we have one guy who comes in on his day off, has a brew :cuppa while waiting for his relief to finish on his frame then throws his D2Ds off the other week because of the school holidays he even brought his kids and not a word was said :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh

Although there was no need to come in early then, everyone finished early anyway so they werren't really working for free.

It's not only the ones that come in early, many of them still finish early. I bet there are just as many going over day after day and not saying anything.
