I have been doing a bit of trawling around different websites looking for evidence of Royal mails agenda for change.
here are a couple of interesting sites with some interesting correspodence.
Postcomm
''Royal Mail's request to suspend bulk mail compensation during industrial action'
26 June 2007 (read the alleged background quotes from Royal Mail's summision)
http://www.psc.gov.uk/news-and-events/n ... ction.html
Postwatch
'The C factor'
http://www.postwatch.co.uk/issues/Curre ... .asp?id=29
For both sites you may have to scroll down and read the whole document!
