Job Description

Are you reliable and punctual? Are you good at working as part of a team?

Royal Mail are now recruiting Distribution Centre Mail Bundlers. If you are able to work to tight deadlines, you are the type of person we’re looking for.

Contract length: Temporary 12 Weeks

Hours of work: As and when required - A typical shift would be 2pm to 10pm. May be required to work up to 40 hours per week and to work a night shift 10.00pm to 6.00am.

Working in a loud, busy, factory style environment, you’ll be sorting mail by machine or hand then bundling it according to its destination. This will involve putting the mail into bags, sealing the bags, and then labelling them correctly.

You must be able to lift and carry mailbags and boxes weighing up to 11kg and push containers weighing up to 250kg.

My answers ( based upon 6 years living in Medway, until 2 years ago )

1st Question - Shite, except Friday & Saturday nights ( then it's "Shite, with the chance to get a good shoeing from pissheads" )

2nd Question - An arm, a leg, dangly reproductive organs and the promise to bend over to offer your hoop to the banks upon demand

My answer, keep out of Medway ( although it's classy compared to Gravesham, let alone Sheppey ).
