I get the feeling that you would cream yourself if London got screwed.
I'm not really sure that anyone's looking for London to get stiffed. During the dispute RM tried to drive a wedge between London and the rest of the country. Can't say I really bought into it.

Yes, you get paid a bit more but the cost of living is higher and maybe you've been more successful at resisting change up until now but given the choice of delivering on the mean streets of the big city or the rolling countryside and leafy avenues I'm happy to stick with what I've got, thanks. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
I blame the parents!!! I was born here, had no fecking choice.

Looking to get out of town within 5 years, have had enough, this place is a s**t hole.

On a lighter note...
I'm also looking for some kind of retirement home up north, somewhere i can go and be bitter and twisted, anyone know anywhere.?
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
