So how will the indoor tool work on inward sorting in the morning. Will everyone get a set number of boxes to sort before they go onto their duty. Or will it still be 1hr 45min sort?

For easy money sake it would say something like there is 10,000 letters,20 bods on sorting for 2 hrs ect
You won't get individual boxes to sort and then go.

Question to those in the know, would they seperate letters and flats figures when working this stuff out?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
