Weve got 3 options for duty structures, 5 day week, rotatin day off, 9 day f/night, and a 4 day week, 2 diff days off every week.
7 oclock starts for all but the 4 day week, half 5 for that.

We are told saturday is 2nd busiest day, and all options give us chance of half 5 start on saturdays?
How the f**k can theyy get the mail through on saturday for half 5, but not the rest of the week?
Also, these duties give us a max of 100 staff, mostly full time, depending on what comes after we all have a vote on which of the 3 duties we want to be batched into.

Now, we have 132 staff at mo, and 20 of them are temps, but we are hearing that the law now states that because they have been with us for over 2 years, they are part of the staffing in our office and management/the business cannot just give them the heave ho.

If the cwu is successful in fighting this, then surely the evr s will kick in, fingers crossed, as we will have a surplus of 32 staff!!!

Surely every office must be the same.
