The monkeys have a better union.
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

Perhaps Dingo will not reap any wrath on anyone, as I would imagine he has gone to ground and is beginning to realise that what many have said on this forum and have been criticised for negativity, militancy etc etc, is now shaping up to be the truth and what we have said all along is that Royal Mail will not abide by any agreement unless everything and I mean everything is in their favour.

I doubt it - more likely he's on another workshop having the guidelines explained again and having parts of the agreement erm what's the word - oh yes, revisited.Lincox wrote:Perhaps Dingo will not reap any wrath on anyone, as I would imagine he has gone to ground and is beginning to realise that what many have said on this forum and have been criticised for negativity, militancy etc etc, is now shaping up to be the truth and what we have said all along is that Royal Mail will not abide by any agreement unless everything and I mean everything is in their favour.

Word on the street from London,(not from dingo though, one of his mates)is that this site is depressing.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Re: joint statement on deliveries due out
Evening an LTB came out on 20th August which |Geezer has put up already which listed a matrix of issues which have been resolved and those which are due further work to ensure they are correct.
Now in terms of the joint statement there has been a pause as the two Royal Mail managers leading on it have been absence. Hence the LTB.
Now in terms of whether the agreement is falling apart , well I have no evidence to that fact and you have no evidence to prove it is.
Let examine the facts , in Scotland the agreement on deliveries is going well and at this moment there are no reported problems. In London we have no issues currently and no revisons have yet got past phase 2.
The reports in the North East , North West and Midlands was that on deliveries there was no major problems apart from understanding what the model week was going to be. In the Thames Valley there are some issues and there are currently some disagreements. In Anglia no major issues have been reported. In the South West no major issues however in Cornwall there are. In the South East revisons are going on without many reports of problems.
Now they are the reports , now if offices are being targeted for budget savings then that is not what has been agreed. In fact we all know that Dale Handon has written in a letter. Now what I do find depressing is that either the things people report on here are either not factual or they do not report it upwards. Equally if they do then it is wrong that the area reps then do not take them up.
The agreement is not going away , so you have to make it work to your advantage , Scotland and London are doing that , I know others are but if your one of the offices who is not able to cause of a DOM or the union then flag it up , and dont sign off the 6 phase process. Now you might all be quick to slag me off but at least I do what I say and make sure that Royal Mail abide by the agreement.
