About 3hrs and 20mins today. Rained for most of the round. Gaps here and there, although the flats were on the heavy side. Had about 6 packets, and 2 of those were for the same house. :Very Happy

Woke up at 5, made a cuppa, dossed about, went back to bed at 8. Woke up at 12 and have done nothing all day :Very Happy
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Did one and half again for the sixth (working) day on the bounce. Horrid weather but a pretty easy day even if the other guy bodged his half of the walk (didn't take the missorts, nor one of his packets, nor his share of the sky mags, which means the poor bugger who does the walk tomorrow will be frakked). My four lots of d2ds are still looking very ominous.

Not too bad today, heavier than usual for a Monday, lapsed fairly quickly, walked about in rain from the spitting kind to the p*ssing down with leaky boots, only one D2D.

Tuesday 3 hrs 20 mins. Only 3 bags. First bag took half the walk. 3 D2Ds. Had a machine break down and stood around for a bit while the night crew finished off the final batch of boxes. Still finished early. Rained heavy again.

Day was rubbish.

Accidentally left a couple of letters on me fitting as well so will probably be sacked tomorrow.

I did take them out when I came back and realised but that won't mean anything to anyone.

If they even spotted it, of course.

There was no sarcy message on my fitting like there usually is.

Oh, you're probably still wondering about my day.

Long.

Boring.

Ended at 1.52pm.

Yes, I could have cut off and taken back five letters, I admit .

I was also very hungry the whole way around. And I needed the toilet but I don't know if there is one on this round.

So I had to wait till I got back to the depot, where I was returning a whole bag full of parcels and packets.

Yay.

When I think about my second sentence, I wonder if I'd actually care if I was sacked? And the answer is no, not really.

Not after sh*t days like this, yesterday, and tomorrow.

Thursday and Friday were a bit heavier. More flats, although letters and packets were still not bad. Did a bit of lapsing today. Considering this week has a B/H weekend attached it hasn't been that bad really.

Blimey! You've taken some time to clear the backlog!
