It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

There nothing to stop you setting up a service tho that does exactly what you describe. I reckon you could be onto a winner, might be slow to start but it would surely pick up! Just look at moonpig that card firm, people log onto the site and choose what they want. hand written, typed, paper colour, fancy writing, pre written templates, postage options.post_bitch wrote:i invented it
