In our office we have 3 on annual leave 3 long term sick 1 maternity leave and 2 on family friendly hours so we are always very short staffed. We are all told by the powers that be believe we are not worth the pay we get there is no pay rise in sight and even talk of a pay cut.
So please tell me why they think its a good idea to show a very disturbing video of children in trouble and ask us to get involved in raising money and doing our bit for the 1000 challenge just before we face our public for another 8hours of abuse?????????????????
Did anyone else find it unsettling? I think the timing of this couldn't be further of the mark.
