Problem is though that even if you do get hold of copy of proposed agreement, it is not easy to
understand the jargon. I take an interest in EVR/VR/pensions, but couldn't understand what
was in the 2010 & Beyond Agreement on this - and I still don't.
So a lot of members just go on their Branch or Rep's recommendation, or don't bother to vote.

Re: Colleague Share payment end of june ?
What is the history with this colleague share crap anyway? When were they first issued? And did they issue them in 2009? That quote from the agreement on the previous page suggests that they did but I can't find a certificate for that year anywhere?

None were issued in 2009, they have been replaced with the £1000 in 3 lump sums for revisions being implemented.
Its in the 2010 agreement

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Nothing as yet in Corby or Northamptonshire!!windermeredave wrote:so have any offices got the first £200 yet?..Im hoping we get it all before christmas, but not holding my breath.
Just like windemeredave,I'm not holding my breath either.
Royal mail will most probably move the goalposts yet again to avoid paying us any lump sums!!!
We have started to see mail coming through that has definately been
Sorted by the new machinery. That should trigger the first payment.

No its shouldn't, if you have introduced a revision then you will be due some money but if you havent implemented a revision then you are not yet due any money. Read the agreement, its very clear lumps sums come in with revisions.

apologies big daz.
you are correct. i was under the impression that the start of the use of the new machinery, was indeed the start of revisions.

Dont worry, its a fairly common mistake.
