There is no need for docs, agreements or for brothermagrew to pay you guys a vist.

Tell them bollox, you aint doing it!
like i said postman reps in the area are letting them get away with it
Could someone provide the Docs on here please?
That way, anyone being to do this, could just hand the DOM the Docs, and refuse to do it.

Or alternatively a doctor's line for awkward stretching causing pain and injury and a submitted claim for said injury. Betcha the frame would soon get sorted. :whistle

As there is a risk H&S wise there at least should be a SSOW guide, at least that's how I understand it.

Moved to Blue Shirts to get more traffic.

Have we anything concrete on this apart from telling the screws to f**k off!

As i understand it you should never place anything like letters in the top of the frame, the top shelves are for packets only, never place work above your head,we have had the same problem in our office,we have now said place any work that cant fit on the normal part of the frame in a tray then sort it on the work top later,if you cant fit all your delivery in then cut off,it soon gets sorted if you keep on leaving bits of delivery behind.
