I'm one of the mouthy ones in my office and as such I am left alone, but then I am doing a 6 hour delivery so all I have to do is mention the relief word and the manager shuts up and goes on to the next person.

Is that a 6 hour delivery for you but proberly a 3-4 hour delivery for the rest of us?

95% call rates apart from Monday and Tuesday maybe. Firms yes. 700 houses thats a lot. I agree. Slightly bigger than mine by the looks of it, so yes if I was you I would ask for a little off.
