Woodpecker does your £9.37p include the delivery supplement or are you on £9.37p plus the delivery supplement ?

I take it this isn't SA Daz.

My basic pay (reduced for cycle 2 work/leave puchase) along with supplement (reduced for leave purchase) and defined area payment divided by 30 hours is £9.55

It does appear pay is harmonised when PT do O/T

Thats half of the discrimination sorted, just need HQ to stop all this pro rata crap, they can start with Xmas supplement.
