Postman repays St Helena Hospice

A postman is raising money for charity after beating bowel cancer.

Rick Hunt will be tackling a 300-mile bike ride with his wife Kaye to hopefully raise as much as £1,000 for St Helena Hospice, Colchester.

The father of two, whose round includes Halstead High Street, was diagnosed with a tumour in his bowel in March last year.
