I know a few guys/girls from small d/o's,7.15 would be painful for them,9 am start would scare the sh1te out of 'em,they are 6 am start at the moment and a noon finish is late and very annoying for them.I have been trying to tell them,that they have an almighty shock on the way,they seem to think RM will let their little office's stay as they are.Dogs of War wrote:We start at 7.15 am at the minute but are moving to 9.00 am when the review is done.

for the summer our office has gone back to an earlier start time of 5-30 everyday as part of the summer savings, we have to absorb walks and prep extra jobs for temp del only staff. after the revision we going to 7 or 7-30 starts

surely the 9am starts must be part time contracts. if it was a full time contract they would be finishing at 5pm.
ours is mon to sat 0600,0600,0600,0545,0545,0530 and part timers 8am starts

MC have published proosed revised run time to D.O's in my area, for my D.O they want 2 runs out of the MC rather than 4. New arrival number 1 will be 0545 and new arrival number 2 will be 0645.
IMHO thats good enough to keep IPS duties at 6am start untill sequenced mail revision comes along in late winter/early Spring 2012.NON IPS duties depend on which van has walksorted mail on, if its number 2 then its a lost cause for them to stay on 6am.
