anyway back on track,the dim in our office is trying to implement a bussiness plan or whatever shite he calls it.guess what our early rep has took the bait,only to be told by the members to shove it up his arse :left: :no no

Although the revision isn't quite complete there are to be WTL Joint Sessions tomorrow to discover what the workforce aspiratons are - it's a strange word to use, I would have preferred a check list of preferences and then a collation of the preferred options to be incorporated into workable duties, including 1 in 4 Saturdays, 4 x 10 hr shifts et al.

What you will have is 145 dumb faces taking in a load of information in a short time not being aware of the changes about to take place and I have a feeling that there will be changes brought in by default rather than by choice.
