changing duty

They want to change my duty from a monday to friday ,to include a saturday as a normal working day.
Do RM have to give me 30 days notice to do this..

Change to starting time, moving you to other days you should get 4 weeks notice in writing. That's only if you are now on a fixed duty.

Im in link ,but between the 3 0f us we do the same duty each week , which are all monday/friday..

Should be put forward to CWU as a proposal afaik. CWU cannot turn down outright. Has to be a valid reason as to why RM cannot move attendance times.
