we have just started van sharing and HCT deliveries, so far it has been a nightmare with alot of rounds not being delivered, sorting not completed and most people cutting off and bringing the mail back. Nothing done about the mail not delivered so the same problem is increasing every day

exzactly - what if your partner wants to cut off on time - but u want to work on and do overtime
but he is the driver
we have van sharing in our office and theres alot of arguments
also they are matchign full timers up with part timers
so the full timer is sitting about for an hour waiting for part timer to start which is what hal the arguments about especialy when they are late

Just the Latest mantra from the DIM at the moment, "All these problems will be sorted when the van sharing comes in!"
Previous mantras include, "The Revision will sort these problems out!" and "When walk sequencing comes in we wont have these problems!"
Has been mentioned at WTL and it was pointed out to the DIM that he'd have to be VERY careful about who he puts in the vans together. Really needs to match up the racing snakes and the plodders. That's if they're willing to swap duties of course, and not even to mention if you get on with the other Postie! Could make for a long day working with the office Dickhead!

EVERYTHING this company has brought in in the last ten years was a c up! If starburst didn't work, how do they expect this too? Odds on, this revision will be revised umpteen times(tweaked as they call it) only to find it is unworkable anyway!
