NET PAY £203.45
How much do you get (I get 30/40 of the £20 that full timers get)
I also avoid D2D by being a floater - the reason I picked the job.
Umm I only get 5.80 defined area supplement. Dont really understand how its all calculated.

I honestly don't know what it is for and I have asked but nobody is really sure.gspot01:Private Message[hr]spedley if u have it on your payslip then u must know what u get paid it for, please enlighten us
Using a whole weeks worth of brain power, my guess is that our office was moved several years ago to another town and that the £20 per week is for working out of our 'defined area' and to be spent on travel expenses etc
Why it is pro-rata I don't know? Perhaps I'm only supposed to do 30/40-ths of the travel?

Having googled it without much luck, I think its a hangover from a previous agreement where because of local conditions or contracts you get a payment for working in your particular area. So it sounds like a Rep did some good work in your office at some point in the past. My guess is it might be something either pre SDD or to do with SDD itself.
