Hi

Im a postman and was just wondering how i can get a copy of a staff handbook, if such a thing exists?

Would appreciate any advice.

Not sure if such a thing exists and TBH with the amount of different agreements both local and national its probably unlikely.

Check the downloads section out though we have 3 pages of current and past agreements. :Very Happy

when i started in 1981 we were given handbooks like you ask about but they are not given out anymore so the best advise i can give is to be yourself and do the job to the best of your abilities.
who the hell invests £2 billion into a servic and makes it worse?????????????
you really couldn't make it up!!!!!!!!!!!

When I was a New Entrant Instructor about 20 years ago there was what IIRC was called a Personnel Manual,
about 4 inches thick which laid down how everything was supposed to be done, but as everything changes
almost daily now I doubt whether it still exists.
