Contact your customer as well, they may be able to back you up.
Customer has a long running dispute with r.m.Shes the one who started the ball rolling.

well why is the customer contacting RM about a DHL packet?
Because RM are the only people who deliver to people's doorsteps OBVIOUSLY duuuuh!

Come on, we all know they don't read anything properly. You leave them a P739 saying to collect after 2pm, they turn up at the office before you're back asking where it is. They turn up at the office with cards from Parcelforce, DHL and other couriers that are nothing to do with RM.

If some of them had brains of dynamite, they wouldn't have enough to blow their hat off.
Does this rag smell of chloroform to you?

I have been known to take photographs on my phone of some packets door-stepped by courier drivers, just to cover me............ :whistle

and I made sure you could see the label with with company name who delivered it.

Was a bit better area than I deliver to now, and they were the one who complained all the time!

Yep 'hiding places' pretty good idea, just don't use the wheelie bins on bin day. Door step? Never! Been caught out before when customer complained it was 'stolen' fortunately for her it was something from M&S........she probably got a replacement FOC anyway.
