Aaah the 8 hour hybrid duty, I spotted that in a RM document which having just looked at again shows no IPS on a shared van duty.
Its duty structures document titled

Moving our business forward: an introduction to new duty structures
07:00 to 09:15 – Prepare and merge delivery
09.15 to 09.30 – Meal relief at office
09:30 to 09:40 – Vehicle checks and loading
09:40 to 13:00 – Delivery in shared van with a partner
13:00 to 13:20 – Meal break in vehicle with partner
13:20 to 14:45 – Delivery in shared van with a partner
14:45 to 15:00 – Return to office

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

It's 9mins to do a daily van check and 14mins for the weekly....i think.
