Missort run is ending on monday at my office too. About time they realised it was a waste of time/money.

Got told today its only being suspended during the summer wtf?!?!?

The mis-sort run really screws up my day. That hour and a half I waste going to another office then onto the hub where me and ten or so others exchange bags each containing around 2 letters, is time I could be using to get my packets and regs' done. Then we all get kept waiting by the same 2 offices every time, which incidentally are the 2 closest to the bleedin' hub!

At least it's not my turn tomorrow.

Now i hate the misssort run,and yes it's a pain having to wait around for it,tuesdays it's very silly.

But what you have to look at is this,if you were allowed to go and the run was scrapped,add all the hrs up of waiting time in your office and think what they could get you to do in those hrs.

The missort run is like our old friend D2D's,we f***ing hate them but if they were to totally disappear........................

Think ahead,demand to get it back! USO,company fine,PostCon,customer service,yadda yadda...

No missorts run in my area also, apparently the effect on quality is minimal and it allows more lapsing! Looks like it will be comming in all over the country very soon.

I too would like the missort run to end if it meant I would be out an hour earlier, back an hour earlier and home an hour earlier but as we are now meant to work all the hours we're paid i sometimes quite like waiting for the missorts, something of a rest, another cup of coffee, not rushing preparing the Door To Doors - what's wrong with that ?

Only reason you got a mis-sort run is that Mc's are so understaffed or mis managed and fail under pressure

Am led to believe (been off for a week and back today) that our missort run had 'gone'

And ; the 'you must take meal relief before you go out' ; is now flexible. In that it changes evry day.

How good is that?
