Two weeks ago was dianosed with aninaxty and panic attacks and givern some tabs and a 2 week sick note. To cover my arse i got atos involved through my line mananger. Atos rang me last week told them how i was feeling and said if i was feeling better when my sick note ran out i would try and go back to work. Got A letter this morn of my line manager saying atos have said im fit for work and i have to go back friday when my sick note runs out. im a driver and told atos i would not be able to drive as my panic attacks come on while driving so they have put me on a delivery for 4 weeks. I was just wanting to know if i go back to the docs and get another sick note would this override what atos as said as i still feel no better.

Yes your Doctors word overrides everything.
That's because he has spent god knows how long learning to be a Doctor,will see you in person and make a professional diagnosis.
Atos on the other hand talk to you on the phone,look up the Dr Nick's big book of Ailments and come up with a best guess based on the alignment of Neptune.
If you are not feeling any better you are not fit for work,end of story.
