as long as an injury is sustained through work, rm have no excuses.. absenteeism through whiplash inury is a different scenario.

isn't females nature problems stipulated somewhere in exemptions? or is mestruation sickness treated as a psycological illness rather than a physical illness?

if she didn't have period pain, she would have been ok and wouldn't have had to be pulled up... not all women get pain, most do.. but rm will use that to get them and work on that aspect.. underhand bastids
