i think really the whole attitude of this person is in the last line of his original post "i don't care i leave soon"

if this person still had a good few years left in him i think it would be a different story, i agree you should be able to make up your own mind in the matter and shouldn't be bullied into doing something you don't want to do but it looks to me like the only reason you went into work is money and you really don't care if these changes are imposed as like you said your leaving soon so none of this concern's you does it.

hope you sleep well at night and i hope you get the treatment from your workmates you deserve what ever that maybe

Ignore the pratts on here and look after yourself and your family. If the people here want to protect their easy jobs by making life difficult for themselves the they can.

I'll keep on striking because it suits me and there is still a possibility it could have some effect but I am still very dissapointed by the childish attitudes on this site.

Margate postman is looking after himself and his familly and so am I by striking and staying out...two different points of view..Who is right and who is wrong?
The working class have never won anything without a fight..and when we win this fight will the margate postman knock back the pay rise along with all the other strike breakers that have s**t over the work colleagues? I think not.

It isn't my website but I'm quite sure it is intended to be a place for Royal Mail employees to keep in touch, express ideas and share opinions.
