For me yes, the DOM is satisfied with the amount of work the 30 hour duties have.

Ive given him a 10 hour saving week in week out since my buy down and Im doing the same delivery with one minor but logical alteration to the route

I must admit I could do my del untill I retire, that would be 16 to 65 with the vast vast majority of that time on the same delivery

Used to be a cadet round which I did from 1991 to 1993, then picked up again as a duty in 2002 and had untill 2007 on a 2 week rotate. Picked up again as a fixed duty from Nov 2008 when the pegasus reviison went in.

Basically 3 resigns on the trot ive picked the same duty and if its there in the next resign I will pick it again

Take it that means this agreed standard will be outdated pretty soon and we will have months of discussions over a new rate.Before RM get what they wanted from the start & I bet 12 per min will be well surpassed.

I think if you look at the original document a figure of just under 14 is mentioned in relation to sequenced prep but i would imagine that would depend on your actual mix of sequenced and non-sequenced mail.
